The source for OVA 10 is double telecined. Other releases made quite a mess out of it, leaving a juddery mess of blended blends. I've deinterlaced it to 60fps which avoids making a problem source worse. It's still blended (since the source is), but it at least doesn't lose any field-by-field motion or further blend the fields. I won't be doing the whole series, just giving you a non-screwed version of this one. If you have ReinForce or UCCUSS you'll probably want to swap out their OVA 10 for this one.
