I mainly use Comicrack since I’ve been using it for quite some time now (2 years or so). Plus I like the feature that’s still have yet to be implemented in other programs. Mainly, being able to open multiple files in one reader. Almost all readers above, opening a file will likely replace the current one.
But, Comicrack still has some problems, like if the naming system is screwed within cbz/cbr. Then the order of the files will be screwed when opening in Comicrack. It doesn’t matter if you name them by number in order (1,2,3,4 etc). For some reason it still persists, that’s why I still use alternatives in case something happens.
But any of these programs, you should be fine using. I do recommend Mcomix and YAC Reader for alternatives if you want to start.

Thank you so much!
Could you upload Eyeshield 21? That would be amazing, since there is no good release of it on nyaa or anywhere else really.

Screw it! DDL link has died, but at least you know where it came from.

I’ve been using Comicrack, but it hasn’t updated in like 4 years now (2016).
