wish i could seed, but my internet is beyond NSA and jewish

impossible to seed for me, if i make the slightest move, my ISP throttles me to 1mbps literally, even slower too too many torrent connections activates this auto throttle, so its impossible to download all this anime and seed. i would have to dedicate minimum 6 hours of seeding for just a single torrent, and not download anything else while seeding to prevent the auto throttle. not possible to build a collection this way :(

oh did i mention this auto throttle will activate over VPN too? yes even openvpn on the 4xx UDP port

or TCP port... cant remember...

have to kill modem and change router mac each time i get throttled... such is the life within communist hebrew states of america
