Here is the deal. To eliminate properly a lot of DVD artifacts it is need to be done image supersampling, then should I resize it to original anamorphic resolution - no.
For this release however you can find what you want in article.

I second the motion.Upscales are unnecessary. Hi10p is incompatible as well. Time to move on, Hevc 10bits is way better.
