My purist nature didn't allow it. All video had to be from a single source to avoid any change in quality or sync times. But mostly because the idea of having video from different sources would make me think about possible differences and drive me crazy :). Also I think i re-synced (mostly +1 second) most episodes, did I miss some?

The video is fine and the work you put in is amazing. It's just that, for Jojo, Crunchyroll (thus HorribleSubs) really butcher the subs, due to licensing issues. I'm guessing that that's the reason @Spectrum said that you should have used the same subs that you did in your previous torrent. Are they possibly timed correctly to the video in this torrent?

I appreciate you doing this, but for those wondering, these are not Cruchyroll's subs (so are they even HorribleSubs's?), and I don't think they're pretty good. I'd prefer CR's, so I'll rig something up myself; but the episode quality is really nice and Part 4 is certainly worth watching the bluray version vs the simulcast. Doubly unfortunately, the default audio track always throws errors for me on VLC, so I have to remux them anyway.
