I’ve got to say, after DLing a couple of episodes of this, it is of no better quality than the 13Gig torrent, the resolution is even the same. If there is a difference, aside from file size, please LMK, because if there is a difference, I can see it. 13Gig torrent:
I had the same initial question as you. If you have mediainfo and compare the files, the 13G is compressed using HEVC. This one is straight mpeg2 (probably DVD remux). Also, I had to do a frame comparison. If you blow them up to a large size, there’s much more artifacting in the smaller torrent and it is de-grained as well.
