The Blu-ray is soft, with blocking and some banding. THORA had done the best job of it, sharpening it up nicely, but their cleanup led to some loss here and there and there was some crud and banding remaining. пока is cleaner and fixes all the issues without the loss. An addendum: THORA had only been the best sub release. Yousei-raws has a 41GB release that was the best quality. This is the equal of Yousei-raws for 1/4th the size. It even has slightly better debanding than Yousei.

Is rail gun even good? It seems like only about girls having fun, daily cute anime. It doesn't evolve romance sub plot and fights as the main series, doesn't it?
