Notes:
The 720p is a different story, while frost from Beatrice-raws did encode it (under [=^_^=]), it seems to be dead and lost in the digital world. Therefore FTW was used. I have appended the lite and movie together to form one file for consistency sakes. As for the subs, modifications were done to FTW’s script to make it more consistent over the BD’s (i.e better gradient done on the lite ED, adjusted blurs & fixed colours, and added tracking data).
