@Koyomi, it takes under 20 minutes to re-encode this yourself to whatever lower resolution you want using the open-source software "megui", The downside is that every generation of re-encoding causes the video quality to degrade because the commonly-used codecs (DivX, XVid, H264, Mp3 etc) are all "lossy" - they toss detail into the trash-bin to make the files smaller.
