What is the different between this version and the old one ([RH]_Musaigen_no_Phantom_World_(Myriad_Colors)_[English_Dub_5.1_USBD]) version ????!!!!!

You should stop adding "uncut" to your releases that have literally nothing to uncut. There's no censored and uncensored version of this show. It's quite misleading.

I thought that Uncut all so means that / If the TV stations that aired it eg BS11 might have cut scenes to make way for there TV commercials (Sponsors etc).
