There are currently 5 other people and myself (as of the 29th March 2019) trying to download this, and we're all stuck at 99.8% completion. Is the original uploader no longer seeding this?

Thanks to the lovely folks in the Erai-raws Discord, I was able to get them to seed it again. It is now complete. I will seed this myself until I have finished watching it. If anyone encounters the same problem, I suggest reaching out to them in their Discord channel, as listed above in the torrent description.
